dc.description.abstractTato rigorózní práce se blíže věnuje fenoménu, kterým je zaknihovaný cenný papír. Tento fenomén v posledních letech prochází značným rozvojem, přičemž tato práce pozoruje zaknihovaný cenný papír napříč jeho vývojem. Cílem rigorózní práce je především detailně a komplexně zanalyzovat zaknihovaný cenný papír zejména pokud jde o jeho vznik, definice, přeměny, s detailním důrazem na fungovaní evidence zaknihovaných cenných papírů a v neposlední řadě též rozebrat případné dispozice se zaknihovaným cenným papírem, spočívající v možnosti zastavení a převodů. Závěr rigorózní práce je věnován nastínění právní úpravy stěžejního tématu této práce i v jiných právních řádech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis rigorous work deals in more detail with the phenomenon of dematerialized security. This phenomenon has undergone considerable development in recent years, this work observes a dematerialized security across its development. The aim of the rigorous work is to analyze in detail and comprehensively the dematerialized security, especially in terms of its origin, definition, transformation, with detailed emphasis on the functioning of register dematerialized securities and last but not least, to analyze any equipment with the dematerialized security, by the possibilities of suspension and transfers. The conclusion of the rigorous thesis is devoted to outlining the legal regulation of the main topic of this thesis in other legal systems.en
