dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce čtenáře seznámí mimo jiné s látkami v bříze bělokoré, tenkovrstvou chromatografií, termickou analýzou a činností Kofflerova bloku. Zkoumanými látkami budou především betulin a lupeol, které se získávají z březové kůry. To se pojí s laboratorními činnostmi, které zde budou též popsány. Bude testována čistota výše zmíněných látek a na Kofflerově bloku budou zahřívány v kyselém prostředí. Zisk betulinu, lupeolu a nově vzniklých látek bude součástí provedení v preparativní praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis will introduce the reader, among other things, to the substances found in the silver birch, thin-layer chromatography, thermal analysis, and the operation of the Koffler bench. The investigated substances will mainly be betulin and lupeol, which are obtained from birch bark. This is connected with laboratory activities that will also be described here. The purity of the aforementioned substances will be tested, and they will be heated in an acidic environment using the Koffler bench. Obtaining betulin, lupeol, and newly formed substances will be part of the preparative chemistry.en
