dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na téma implementace střednědobého strategického programu v zemědělském podniku. Diplomová práce není rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, ale obě tyto části se prolínají. V úvodu je společnost představena, dále je formulován střednědobý strategický plán pro období 2016 2018. Strategický plán je konfrontován s analýzou prostředí. Pro strategické období je vytvořen finanční plán, ten následuje implementace strategického plánu. Další část je zaměřena na identifikaci rizikových faktorů, tvorbu scénářů a ošetření klíčových rizikových faktorů. V závěru práce je doporučen proces controllingu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the strategic programme in the agriculture company. This thesis is not divided into theoretical and practical parts, but those two parts overlap. At first, there is an introduction of the company, followed by the formulation of the strategic plan for the term 2016 2018. Strategic plan is confronted with the environmental analyses. Next the financial plan is designed, followed by proposal of the implementation plan. The next part is focused on identification risk factors, creating scenarios and treatment of the key risk factors. At the end, the process of controlling is recommended.en
