| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma hodnocení efektivnosti personální politiky ve společnosti DURA Automotive CZ, k. s. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit efektivnost personální politiky podniku a navrhnout cíle a opatření vzhledem ke stanoveným cílům, která pomohou zlepšit efektivitu personálního systému a podpoří realizaci strategie firmy. V první části je popsán podnikatelský subjekt, jeho historie, postavení na trhu a organizační struktura, dále stanovena vize, strategické cíle a strategie, jak těchto cílů dosáhnout, a nakonec provedena analýza podnikatelského prostředí. V druhé části jsou analyzovány interní procesy se zaměřením na lidský kapitál, z nichž vyplývají silné a slabé stránky personálních činností. V další části práce jsou zjištěny potenciály ke zlepšení a navržena opatření ke zvýšení výkonnosti lidského kapitálu ve společnosti. Poslední kapitolou je zhodnocení zjištěných rizik a navržení opatření vedoucích k jejich eliminaci či úplnému odstranění. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is focused on evaluating effectiveness of personnel policy at DURA Automotive CZ , l.p. Target of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the personal policy of the company and propose a measures to set goals that will help improve the efficiency of the personnel system. The first section describes the business entity, its history, market position and organizational structure, as well as setting of the vision, strategic objectives and strategies to achieve these objectives and finally performs analysis of the business environment. The second part analyses the internal processes with a focus on human capital and results in the strengths and weaknesses of personal activities. The next part identifies the potential for improvement, and proposes measures to improve the performance of human capital in the company. The last chapter is the assessment of the identified risks and proposal of measures to eliminate them or eradicate them completely. | en |
