dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o trestných činech dětí a mladistvých. Rozebírá vlivy působící na mladistvé, které vedou ke spáchání trestného činu. Jsou zde rozebrány základní znaky kriminality typické právě pro mládež. Uvedena je struktura a stav kriminality mládeže a následná reakce na trestné činy v podobě opatření. Součástí diplomové práce je i zhodnocení nové právní úpravy zabývající se dětmi a mladistvými.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with youth crime. The conditions which have an effect on youth and which lead to the commission of the offence are analyzed. Equally, the basic and typical features of youth crime are discussed. The structure and condition of youth crime with subsequent reaction to crimes in the form of measure are given next. The thesis also includes an evaluation of new legislation dealing with youth.en
