dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Minimální a zaručené mzdy v České republice a ve státech Evropské unie, konkrétně vývoji, platné právní úpravě a zastoupení v průměrné mzdě. V první části práce obecně popisuji pojmy spojené se mzdou, právní předpisy a definuji pojmy důležité pro druhou část práce. Popisuji Evropskou unii, historii, vznik a aktuální členské státy. Věnuji se mzdě i v členských státech. Vše v druhé části zpracovávám do tabulek a porovnávám mezi sebou Českou republiku a členské státy Evropské unie. Cílem práce je zjistit jaký poměr činí minimální a zaručená mzda v průměrné mzdě v ČR a jak si ČR stojí v porovnání se státy EU.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis deals with the topic of minimum and guaranteed wages in the Czech Republic and in the states of the European Union, specifically the development, applicable legislation and representation in the average wage. In the first part of the work, I generally describe the concepts associated with wages, legislation and define the terms important for the second part of the work. I describe the European Union, history, origin and current member states. I also pay attention to wages in the Member States. In the second part I process everything into tables and compare the Czech Republic and the Member States of the European Union. The aim of the thesis is to find out what is the ratio of the minimum and guaranteed wage in the average wage in the Czech Republic and how the Czech Republic stands in comparison with the EU countries.en
