| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce na téma zastoupení se snaží čtenářům poskytnout ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku, se kterou se v praxi běžně setkáváme. Je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola definuje pojem zastoupení a věnuje se všeobecným podmínkám, které jsou společné pro všechny druhy zastoupení. Druhá kapitola se zabývá smluvním zastoupením a prokuře. Třetí kapitola popisuje zastoupení zákonné a poslední čtvrtá kapitola svou pozornost věnuje opatrovnictví. | cs |
