| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou podnikání sportovní organizace. Jejím cílem je posoudit současný stav a financování organizace a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení její ekonomické situace. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy v oblasti sportovního managementu, sportovní organizace a způsobu jejího vedení a financování na základě literárního průzkumu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na sportovní organizaci CrossFit Plzeň a analyzuje její ekonomickou situaci. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena možná řešení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace organizace. | cs |
