dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá pracovněprávním vztahy zaměstnanců v sociálních službách. V první kapitole se práce zaměřuje na pracovněprávní vztahy v obecném ohledu, i z pohledu sociálních služeb. Ve druhé části se práce zabývá sociálními službami, jejich popisem, klasifikací a jak se ve finální podobě dostanou do fáze jejich poskytování. Třetí kapitola je základem této práce a popisuje jak může vzniknout pracovněprávní vztah v sociálních službách, jednotlivé pracovní pozice zaměstnanců v sociálních službách a jaké musí mít vlastnosti a zkušenosti pro vznik pracovního poměru. Poslední kapitola porovnává a hodnotí odlišnosti v zemích sousedících s Českou republikou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with employment relations of employees in social services. In the first chapter the thesis focuses on employment relations in general and from the perspective of social services. In the second part, the thesis deals with social services, their description, classification and how they reach the stage of provision in their final form. The third chapter is the foundation of this thesis and describes how an employment relationship can arise in social services, the different job roles of social services employees and what qualities and experience they must have in order for an employment relationship to arise. The last chapter compares and evaluates the differences in the countries neighbouring the Czech Republic.en
