dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá získáním teoretických poznatků z oblasti nákladů a kalkulací a dále na základě těchto teoretických poznatků zanalyzovat a zhodnotit náklady a podoby kalkulace společnosti Strojírenská výroba HBH s.r.o. a navrhnout potřebná opatření a následná vylepšení v těchto oblastech. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a zabývá se charakteristikou nákladů, nákladových kalkulací a alokací nákladů. Druhá praktická část je zaměřena na využití těchto poznatků. V rámci této části práce je představena společnost a její činnost. Dále je obsažena identifikace nákladů a jejich horizontální a vertikální analýza. Poté je popsána podoba kalkulace. Na závěr jsou popsána možná opatření, která by vedla k optimalizaci nákladů a zlepšení kalkulací ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the acquisition of theoretical knowledge in the field of costs and calculations and further on the basis of this theoretical knowledge to analyze and evaluate the costs and forms of calculation of the company Strojírenská výroba HBH s.r.o. and to propose the necessary measures and subsequent improvements in these areas. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the characteristics of costs, cost calculations and cost allocation. The second practical part is focused on the use of this knowledge. Within this part of the work, the company and its activities are introduced. It also includes the identification of costs and their horizontal and vertical analysis. Then the form of calculation is described. Finally, possible measures that would lead to cost optimization and improved calculations in the company are described.en
