dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se snaží podat čtenářům, co nejširší náhled na žalobu proti nezákonnému zásahu správního orgánu. Právní úprava je soustředěna do soudního řádu správního z roku 2002. Prvně je pojednáno o vývoji právní úpravy, obnově správního soudnictví a následně o žalobě samotné, v závěru je provedena komparace české a slovenské právní úpravy, v příloze je pak zachycen zvýšený zájem o ochranu poskytovanou správním soudem, založený novelou z roku 2011, tj. možností domáhat deklarování zásahu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis tries to give the reader the widest possible view of the lawsuit against the unlawful interference of the administration. The legal regulation is concentrated in the administrative lawsuit of 2002. The first one deals with the development of legal regulations, restoration of the administrative judiciary and subsequently with the action itself; in the end, a comparison of the Czech and Slovak legal regulations is carried out, and an increased interest in the protection provided administrative court, based on an amendment of 2011, the possibility of claiming a declaration of interference.en
