dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou stresorů u seniorů. Je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří devět kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje stárnutí a stáří, druhá teorii stárnutí, dalšími kapitolami jsou etapy stáří, změny ve stáří, stáří a nemoci, psychické poruchy ve stáří, příprava na stáří, předposlední kapitola je věnována adaptaci na stáří a poslední kapitola se zabývá stresem. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu stresorů u seniorů v oblastech vlastní životosprávy, meziosobních vztahů, subjektivních příčin zátěže a vnějšího prostředí. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, která oblast je pro seniory nejvíce stresující a jestli jsou stresováni více senioři žijící v institucionálním zařízení nebo senioři žijící v samostatné domácnosti. Ve výzkumném šetření byla použita dotazníková metoda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master thesis deals with stressors analysis by seniors. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part consists of nine chapters. The first chapter discusses the old age and process of ageing, the second chapter discusses theory of ageing and the other ones deal with stages of an old age, changes in an old age, old age and illnesses, psychical disorders in an old age and preparation for an old age. Penultimate chapter considers adaptability on an old age and the last chapter deals with stress. Practical part is focused on stressors analysis by seniors in fields as regimen, personal relationships, subjective cases of strain and the last one is how environment influences retirees. The aim of the study is to find out, which is the most stressful field for seniors and to compare, who is more under stress, if it is seniors living in a home for elderly or seniors living in their own houses and flats. In the study there was used a questionnaires method.en
