dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a následnou optimalizací vybraných podnikových procesů ve společnosti Alfmeier CZ s.r.o. V práci jsou nejprve shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se daného tématu. Praktická část je věnována představení podnikatelského subjektu a analýze současného stavu v oddělení skladování. Analýza podnikových procesů je zpracována za podpory softwarového programu Aris Architect. Závěr práce je věnován optimalizaci zanalyzovaných procesů, která vedla k úspoře mzdových nákladů společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the analysis and subsequent optimization of selected business processes at Alfmeier CZ, Ltd. Initially, all the theoretical knowledge related to the topic is summarized. The practical part deals with the introduction of business subject and analysis of the current situation in the storage department. Business process analysis is developed with the support of the Aris Architect software program. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on the optimization of the analyzed process which led to the company´s labour costs reduction.en
