dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem komparace právní úpravy agenturního zaměstnávání ve Spolkové republice Německo a v České republice. V první části se zaměřuje na právní úpravu agenturního zaměstnávání v České republice společně s historickým vývojem tohoto institutu. Ve druhé části se zabývá obdobnými tématy ve Spolkové republice Německo. Cílem této diplomové práce je zejména identifikace podobností a rozdílů právních úprav obou států, jejich zhodnocení a navržení zlepšení v oblasti právní úpravy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the topic of comparing the legal regulation of agency employment in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on the legal regulation of agency employment in the Czech Republic together with the historical development of this institute. The second part deals with similar topics in the Federal Republic of Germany. The aim of this thesis is mainly to identify similarities and differences in the legal regulations of both countries, to evaluate them and to propose improvements in the area of legal regulation.en
