dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá finančním hospodařením obce Strašice v letech 2010 až 2013. Jejím cílem je analýza finanční a ekonomické situace obce a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout možná opatření na zlepšení a stabilizaci finanční a ekonomické situace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je definována územní samospráva, tedy obec, s jejími základními funkcemi. Následuje charakteristika hospodaření obce, definice rozpočtu a nejvýznamnějších příjmů a výdajů. Praktická část začíná stručným představením obce Strašice. Následuje detailní analýza hospodaření obce doplněná způsoby financování a ukazateli zadluženosti obce. Poslední kapitolou je zhodnocení finančního hospodaření obce společně s doporučeními, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení hospodářské situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the financial management of the town Strašice between years 2009 and 2013. The main purpose is to analyse the financial and economic situation of the town and on the base of these detected facts propose the possible measures to improving of financial and economic situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is described local government, so the municipality with its base functionality. Further, there are characterized financial management of the town, budget and the most important incomes and expenses. The practical part begins with brief introduction of the town Strašice. It is followed by an analysis of financial management of the town. The analysis is focuses on the financing and indebtedness as well. At the end of the bachelor thesis there is the evaluation of the financial management of the town followed by improvements, which could lead to better economic situation.en
