dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je návrh a realizace kartografického projektu Atlasu ORP Rokycany se zaměřením na volební problematiku. V atlase jsou zpracovány pomocí metod tematické kartografie vybrané demografické ukazatele, výsledky voleb do Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky v letech 1996 až 2010, zkoumán vývoj volebních výsledků v čase, analyzována území volební podpory největších politických stran a srovnávány zisky stran z roku 2010 s volební účastí, vzděláním a nezaměstnaností voličů. Výsledkem práce jsou tematické listy ve formátu PDF, návrh webových stránek pro prezentaci atlasu, vytvořený za použití standardů HTML5 a CSS3, návrh webové aplikace, která pracuje s formátem SVG, a průvodní zpráva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the Bachelor Thesis is a concept of the cartographic project Atlas of Rokycany (municipality with extended competence) with the focusing on the elections; and its implementation. In the atlas, the methods of thematic cartography are used for the processing of chosen demographic indicators and the election results for the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic between the years 1996 and 2010; further for the researching of the election results evolution in time, for the analysing of the election support of the major political parties and also for the comparing of the voting results in 2010 with the indicators as turnout, education and unemployment of the voters. The result of the Thesis consists of the sheets with thematic maps in PDF format; of the website concept for the atlas presentation, that is created by using of standards HTML5 and CSS3; further of the web application concept working with SVG format and also of the accompanying report.en
