dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Druhá Poběžovická, a.s. v tržním prostředí, zhodnocení její ekonomické situace ve vybraných letech a navržení opatření, která mohou konkurenceschopnost společnosti zvýšit. Teoretická část práce je orientována na definování pojmů a charakteristiku metod, kterými lze zhodnotit vnitřní a vnější prostředí podniku. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost Druhá Poběžovická, a.s. Vnitřní prostředí podniku je popsáno pomocí finanční analýzy. Metodou absolutní i relativní je hodnocena ekonomická situace společnosti za posledních pět let. Vnější prostředí společnosti je zkoumáno Porterovým modelem pěti konkurenčních sil a PEST analýzou. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou použity k sestavení matice SWOT. Poslední kapitola této práce obsahuje návrhy na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor´s thesis deals with evaluation of the competitiveness of the company Druhá Poběžovická, a.s. in the competitive environment, evaluation of the economic situation in selected years and suggestion of measures directed at increasing the competitiveness of the company. The theoretical part is focused on definic concepts and description of methods which can be used for evaluation of the internal and external business environment. In the practical part is characterized the company Druhá Poběžovická, a.s. The internal environment of the firmis described with financial analysis. The economic situation for the past five years is evaluated by the absolute and comparative method. The external environment is analyzed through the Porter five competitive forces analysis and PEST analysis. The results of these analyses are used for conducting the SWOT matrix. The final charter of the thesis includes proposals aimed at improving the competitiveness of the company.en
