dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce nese název Depresivní poruchy u adolescentů. Je tvořena částí teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část komplexně popisuje tématiku depresí a období adolescence ve vzájemné spojitosti. V úvodních kapitolách se zabýváme historií depresí, jejich definicemi, epidemiologií, etiologií a klinickými příznaky u adolescentů. Velkou pozornost věnujeme také jednotlivým typům depresí, způsobům diagnostiky a možnostem léčby. V druhé polovině teoretické části se zabýváme charakteristikou adolescence a s ní spojených vývojových změn v kognitivní, emoční a osobnostní rovině. Zaměřujeme se především na emancipaci adolescenta od rodiny a jeho hledání vlastní identity. Praktická část práce je tvořena výsledky průzkumu. Ten byl realizován na skupině adolescentů ve věku 15-17 let za pomoci Dotazníku dětských depresí CDI. Tyto výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěrečné kapitole.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is named Depression disorder in adolescents. This thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the complex topics of depression, adolescence and their interdependence. The introductory chapters deal with the history of depression, their definitions, epidemiology, etiology and clinical symptoms in adolescents. Great attention we also pay to the different types of depression, methods of diagnosis and treatment options. In the second half of the theoretical part we deal with the characteristics of adolescence and related developmental changes in cognitive, emotional and personality level. Especially we focus on emancipation from family and search for own identity in adolescence. The practical part contains the results of the survey. It was conducted in a group of adolescents aged 15 to 17 years by using questionnaires CDI ? Children´s Depression Inventory. These results are summarized in the final chapter.en
