| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce má za cíl objasnit účel a možnosti využití zástavního práva, zaměřit se přitom na zajišťovací a uhrazovací funkci a zároveň poukázat na novinky, které současná právní úprava zavedla občanským zákoníkem č. 89/2012 sb. Práce zkoumá především změny v možnostech realizace zástavního práva a úpravy ve vzájemných právních vztazích jednotlivých účastníků.
