| dc.description.abstract | Téma této diplomové práce je Analýza výkonnosti strategického plánu organizace. Práce byla zpracována u společnosti LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou keramických obkladů a dlažeb. První část se zabývá představení organizace, popisem její historie, nabízených produktů a situací na trhu. Poté následuje analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku. Součástí analýzy vnitřního prostředí je i finanční analýza za několik posledních let. Dále je definován strategický plán na roky 2015 2017 včetně definování vize, poslání a strategických cílů, ze kterých jsou vyvozeny cíle krátkodobé. Následuje sestavení finančního plánu a finanční analýza daného plánu. Následujíc kapitola obsahuje strategickou analýzu. V poslední části práce je provedena analýza rizik, na kterou navazují strategické scénáře. Poslední kapitola se zabývá kontrolou naplnění cílů a zhodnocením strategického plánu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this thesis is Performance analysis of strategic plan of an organization. The thesis was carried out on the company LASSELSBERGER, Ltd., that is characterized by production of ceramic tiles. First part of the thesis deals with an introduction of an organization, its history, products and brief overview of market situation. Then, there is an analysis of an internal and external business environment being performed. Part of the internal environment is a financial analysis of a company for last couple of years. Thesis continues with a description of a strategic plan for the period of 2015 2017, including definition of a vision, mission statement and long term strategic goals, from which the short term goals are deduced. It follows by editing a financial plan and its financial analysis of that plan. Next chapter contains strategic analysis. In last part the risk analysis is being performed, connected together with construction of strategic scenarios. Last chapter is about evaluation of a strategic plan. | en |
