dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá národnostním vztahem Čechů a Němců v 19. a 20. století. Na příkladu románu In falschen Geleisen z roku 1903 a studentského románu Die Asgarden z roku 1908 byl zkoumán způsob zobrazení národnostních konstelací. Jedná se o romány pohraničí, v nichž hlavní téma tvoří národnostní napětí. Značnou část práce tvoří zkoumání literatury pohraničí a literatury domoviny. Tato díla byla napsána dnes již zapomenutým autorem Antonem Schottem (1866-1945). Přestože se jeho texty v dnešní době nečtou, díky líčení života v horách (především v okolí Šuma-vy) pro období 18. a 19. století nabízejí cenné svědectví, které může být užitečné pro různá studia. Analýza vybraných literárních děl a zkoumání literárního směru literatury pohraničí dovedla autorku práce k vyvození takzvané diverzifikace literatury pohraničí. Bylo dokázáno, že román pohraničí nemusí vždy nutně vést k vytěsnění druhého národa ne-bo k pokusu o sblížení národů, jak to bývá u tohoto žánru zvykem. Může dojít ke smí-ření a navc může být kritizována agresivita. Přítomnost literatury pohraničí na české straně navíc dokazuje, že ohroženy se cítily obě strany.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis deals with the national relationship between Czechs and Germans in the 19th and 20th centuries. The way in which national constellations are portrayed is examined using the example of the 1903 novel In falschen Geleisen and the 1908 student novel Die Asgarden. These are novels of the borderlands in which national tensions are the main theme. A significant part of the thesis is an examination of the literature of the borderland and the literature of the homeland. These works were written by the now-forgotten author Anton Schott (1866-1945). Although his texts are not read nowadays, thanks to their depiction of life in the mountains (especially around Bohemian Forest) for the 18th and 19th centuries, they offer valuable testimony that can be useful for various studies. The analysis of selected literary works and the investigation of the literary direction of the literature of the borderland led the author of this thesis to the conclusion of the so-called diversification of the literature of the borderland. It has been shown that the borderlands novel does not always necessarily lead to the displacement of the other nation or to an attempt to bring nations together, as is usual in this genre. There can be reconciliation, and aggression can be criticized. Moreover, the presence of border literature on the Czech side proves that both sides felt threatened.en
