| dc.description.abstract | První polovina teoretické části se zabývá popisem stařeckého období. Je zde uveden rozdíl mezi stářím a stárnutím a také jaké změny člověka v tomto období potkají. V druhé polovině teoretické části je popis vhodné pohybové aktivity pro seniory a také její význam. Praktická část obsahuje seznam 7 center v Plzni, které nabízejí pohybovou aktivitu pro seniory. U každého centra jsou uvedeny 2 rozhovory, které proběhly s organizátorem cvičení a seniorkou, která se cvičení zúčastňuje. | cs |

There is description of the difference between old age and ageing and also what changes a person will encounter during this period. Second half of the theoretical part is describing suitable physical activity for seniors and its meaning. Practical part contains list of a 7 units (centres) which offers physical activities for seniors.
