dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o povinnosti k náhradě škody s ohledem na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. Tato práce se dělí do 6 kapitol. První kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s danou problematikou, druhá kapitola vymezuje obecně povinnost nahradit škodu, ve třetí kapitole se čtenář seznamuje s bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci a čtvrtá kapitola vymezuje pracovní úraz a nemoc z povolání. V předposlední kapitole se uvádí zproštění se povinnosti k náhradě škody nebo nemajetkové újmy a s tím spojená šestá kapitola, kde se vymezují druhy náhrad. Tato práce využívá deskriptivní, analytickou a syntetickou metodu. Cílem této práce je vytvořit ucelený obraz dané problematiky s ohledem na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the obligation to compensate for damage with regard to safety and health at work. This work is divided into 6 chapters. The first chapter introduces the reader to the issue, the second chapter defines the general obligation to compensate for damage, the third chapter introduces the reader to safety and health at work and the fourth chapter defines the accident at work and occupational diseases. The penultimate chapter mentions the exemption from the obligation to compensate for damage or non-property damage and the related sixth chapter, which defines the types of compensation. This work uses a descriptive, analytical and synthetic method. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive picture of the issue with regard to safety and health at work.en
