dc.description.abstractPráce se skládá z praktické části, zahrnující výzkum v laboratoři LFUK v Plzni tumoru štítné žlázy a jaterních metastáz kolorektálního karcinomu. Během tohoto výzkumu došlo k izolaci RNA a DNA ze vzorků tkáně zalité do parafínových bločků. RNA byla dále reverzní transkripcí převedena na DNA a vzorky byly zkoumány metodou PCR. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na problematiku nádorů a rozbor výsledků praktické části.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis was to determine the expression of genes, whose products are involved in the activation of angiogenesis in colorectal carcinoma of the liver metastases and comparison with expression with transient tissue (tumor - normal tissue) and normal liver tissue. The work consists of a practical part, including research at the LFUK laboratory in Pilsen of the thyroid gland. During this research, RNA and DNA were isolated from tissue samples embedded in paraffin binders. RNA was further converted by reverse transcription into DNA and the samples were examined by PCR. The theoretical part is focused on the problems of tumors and the analysis of the results of the practical part.en
