dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spolkového práva s důrazem na ochranu práv členů spolků. Práce zahrnuje analýzu spolkového práva obecně, a to jak jeho historický vývoj, tak vnitřní fungování spolku dle současné právní úpravy. Na tomto teoretickém základě se práce dále zaměřuje na ochranu práv členů spolků, včetně zásadních zákonů a judikatury. Dále práce zkoumá, jak jsou tato práva chráněna a jaké jsou možnosti členů spolků, pokud jsou tato práva porušována. Cílem této práce je podání uceleného pohledu na spolkové právo a ochranu práv členů spolku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on the issues of association law with an emphasis on the protection of the rights of members of associations. The thesis includes an analysis of association law in general, including its historical development and the current legal framework governing the internal functioning of associations. Building on this theoretical foundation, the thesis further examines the protection of the rights of association members, including relevant law regulations and jurisprudence. The thesis also explores how these rights are protected and what options are available to association members if their rights are violated. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of association law and the protection of the rights of association members.en
