dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zefektivnění podnikových procesů pomocí automatizace a umělé inteligence ve společnosti VSK Profi, s.r.o. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybrané činnosti ve firmě a navrhnout řešení, která povedou ke zvýšení efektivity. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, vývoj a typologie automatizace a umělé inteligence, které tvoří základ pro praktickou část. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní procesy v ERP systému Byznys, jako je vytváření zakázkových přeprav, kontrola termínů dodání a naskladnění zboží. Pro tyto procesy jsou navržena řešení na bázi RPA a inteligentní automatizace, která vycházejí z aktuálních technologií a potřeb firmy. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny přínosy navržených úprav a doporučení pro další rozvoj digitalizace ve firmě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of improving the efficiency of business processes using automation and artificial intelligence in the company VSK Profi, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected activities in the company and propose solutions that will lead to increased efficiency. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts, development and typology of automation and artificial intelligence, which form the basis for the practical part. The practical part of the thesis focuses on specific processes in the ERP system Byznys, such as creating custom shipments, controlling delivery dates and stocking of goods. RPA and intelligent automation based solutions are proposed for these processes based on the current technology and needs of the company. Finally, the benefits of the proposed modifications and recommendations for further development of digitalization in the company are evaluated.en
