dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití tanečních technik a rytmických pomůcek u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS). Cílem bylo vytvořit metodický zásobník cvičení, který nabízí konkrétní pohybové a rytmické aktivity, jejich cíle, metodické vedení i doporučení pro praxi. Výstup je určen pro pedagogickou, terapeutickou i rodinnou sféru. Praktická část práce byla realizována formou přímého pozorování a vedení pohybových lekcí s dětmi s PAS. Výsledky ukázaly, že taneční a rytmické aktivity pozitivně ovlivňují nejen motorický rozvoj, ale i vnímání těla, schopnost reagovat na podněty a sociální interakci. Děti projevovaly zájem, spontánnost a radost z pohybu. Práce potvrzuje, že citlivě volené aktivity mohou mít významný přínos a mají potenciál dalšího rozvoje i mezioborové spolupráce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of using dance techniques and rhythmic tools for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The main aim was to create a methodological set of exercises offering specific movement and rhythmic activities, their objectives, teaching approaches, and practical recommendations. The resulting material is applicable in educational, therapeutic, and family settings. The practical part was based on direct observation and the implementation of movement sessions with children with ASD. The findings revealed that dance and rhythmic activities positively influence not only motor development but also body awareness, responsiveness to stimuli, and social interaction. The children showed interest, spontaneity, and joy in movement. The thesis confirms that thoughtfully selected activities can be both meaningful and engaging and have potential for further development and interdisciplinary use.en
