dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postoj studentů všeobecného ošetřovatelství k simulační výuce. Výzkum byl proveden formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření (N=107) a data byla analyzována pomocí deskriptivní statistiky. Výsledky ukázaly, že většina studentů vnímá simulace jako efektivní přípravu na praxi, však upozorňují na jejich časovou náročnost a nedostatečnou zpětnou vazbu. Závěry práce podporují integraci simulační výuky do studijního plánu s důrazem na její lepší organizaci a snížení stresové zátěže studentů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the attitude of general nursing students toward simulation-based education. The research was conducted using a quantitative questionnaire survey (N=107), and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that most students perceive simulations as an effective preparation for practice; however, they point out their time-consuming nature and lack of feedback. The conclusions of the thesis support the integration of simulation-based education into the curriculum, emphasizing better organization and reducing students' stress levels.en
