dc.description.abstractDiplomové práce je zaměřena na specifika výslechu zvlášť zranitelných obětí, přičemž primárně se zabývá otázkou výslechu nezletilého dítěte. V otázce výslechu nezletilého dítěte diplomová práce pojednává o nutnosti odlišného přístupu k této zvlášť zranitelné oběti a snaží se podat komplexní obraz o aktuálním právní úpravě a praxi v oblasti této problematiky.cs
