dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá digitalizací v rámci IT oddělení ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav digitalizace ve firmě, identifikovat hlavní výzvy, příležitosti a navrhnout doporučení pro další digitalizační rozvoj. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmu digitalizace, připravenosti podniků na digitální transformaci a digitalizaci v IT oddělení podniku. Součástí je také přehled vybraných digitalizačních nástrojů využívaných v IT, jako jsou cloudové služby, automatizace a umělá inteligence. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení odštěpného závodu a jeho IT oddělení, kde byly realizovány rozhovory se zaměstnanci. Tyto rozhovory slouží k identifikaci aktuálního stavu digitalizace a postojů pracovníků k aktuálně používaným digitalizačním řešením. Výsledkem práce je návrh digitalizační strategie, která obsahuje doporučení pro další směřování v oblasti automatizace, vzdělávání, standardizace procesů a zefektivnění spolupráce napříč závodem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on digitalization within the IT department of a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of digitalization in the organization, identify the main challenges and opportunities, and propose recommendations for further development of digital initiatives. The theoretical part defines the concept of digitalization, examines organizational readiness for digital transformation, and explores the specifics of digitalization within IT departments. It also provides an overview of selected digital tools used in IT, such as cloud services, automation, and artificial intelligence. The practical part presents the branch office and its IT department, where interviews with employees were conducted. These interviews served to identify the current level of digitalization and employee attitudes toward the implemented digital solutions. The outcome of the thesis is a proposed digitalization strategy that includes recommendations for further development in the areas of automation, employee training, process standardization, and enhanced cross-departmental collaboration.en
