| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dodavatelského řetězce lékárenského velkoobchodu Phoenix. Jako podklad pro zpracování práce slouží odborná literatura a také konzultace se zaměstnanci společnosti. V první části lze nalézt zpracovaná teoretická východiska která pojednávají o logistice, dodavatelském řetězci, řízení dodavatelského řetězce a také o distribuci. Druhá část práce se zabývá samotnou analýzou konkrétního dodavatelského řetězce. Slouží také jako podklad pro splnění hlavního cíle práce, kterým je nalézt z dostupných informací možnosti zlepšení funkčnosti tohoto řetězce. K tomu je za potřebí identifikovat jednotlivé subjekty a charakterizovat jejich činnosti. Dále nalézt vazby mezi nimi a také identifikovat toky zboží a informací. Ze zpracované analýzy lze následně formulovat závěry a doporučení, které jsou soustředěny i s jejich popisem do poslední části práce. | cs |

Professional literature as well as consultations with company employees serve as a basis for processing the work. In the first part, you can find processed theoretical starting points that deal with logistics, supply chain, supply chain management and also distribution. The second part of the work deals with the analysis of the specific supply chain itself. It also serves as a basis for fulfilling the main goal of the work, which is to find from the available information the possibilities of improving the functionality of this chain. For this, it is necessary to identify individual entities and characterize their activities. Furthermore, find links between them and also identify flows of goods and information. Conclusions and recommendations can then be formulated from the processed analysis, which are also concentrated with their description in the last part of the thesis. | en |
