dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou překladu odborného textu z právní oblasti. Práce obsahuje analýzu části Ústavy Běloruské republiky na lexikální, syntaktické a morfologické úrovni. Následuje teoretická část práce, jejímž primárním cílem je zpracování teoretického základu nezbytného pro adekvátní překlad. Praktickou částí práce je překlad prvních dvanáct stran Ústavy a překladatelský komentář, zachycující lexikální jednotky a věty problematické pro překlad a objasňující použité metody. Právní termíny obsažené v textu byly zpracovány do rusko-českého překladového slovníku, který je přílohou této práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the translation of a text from the legal field. The work contains an analysis of a part of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus at the lexical, syntactic and morphological level. The theoretical part follows, the primary aim of which is to elaborate the theoretical basis necessary for adequate translation. The practical part of the thesis is a translation of the first twelve pages of the Constitution and a translation commentary, depicting lexical units and sentences problematic for translation and clarifying the methods used. The legal terms contained in the text were elaborated in the Russian-Czech translation dictionary, which is attached to this work.en
