dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na podporu státu v péči o seniory. Úvodem jsou uvedeny demografické podklady a hlavní subjekty, které se zabývají problematikou seniorů. Nosným tématem práce je "Národní akční plán podporující pozitivní stárnutí pro období let 2013 až 2017". Pro zjištění praktického přínosu tohoto dokumentu byly osloveny seniorské a proseniorské organizace působící v různých oblastech. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit výsledky tohoto národního akčního plánu dosažené za rok 2013. A dále byl zhodnocen přínos plánu v konfrontaci se skutečnými podmínkami v seniorských a proseniorských organizacích. Byla navrhnuta opatření ke zlepšení realizace zmiňovaného plánu. Zároveň také byly navrhnuty další problematické oblasti, kterým by měla být věnována pozornost. Jedná se zejména o problematiku poskytování sociální péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the state support in care for elderly people. In the beginning of the thesis there are shown demographic data and key players dealing with issues connected with seniors. The main theme of the thesis is: "The National action plan supporting positive aging during the period of years 2013 2017". To determine the practical benefits of this work there were addressed seniors´ and senior-friendly organizations operating in different areas. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the results of the national action plan achieved in 2013. Furthermore the benefits of the plan were evaluated in a confrontation with the actual conditions in senior and senior-friendly organizations. There have been proposed actions to improve the implementation of the aforementioned plan. As well as there have been mentioned other problematic areas that should be paid attention to. In particular, the issue of providing of social care.en
