dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce pojednává o velmi aktuálním a dynamickém tématu agenturního zaměstnávání. Vzhledem k rozmanitosti celého právního institutu se práce soustředí na jeho komplexní pojetí, zejména na charakteristiku a specifikaci základních pilířů. Cílem práce je komparace právních úprav a posouzení kvality legislativního zpracování institutu ve světle dvou právních řádů sousedících zemí Evropské unie. Práce se zaměřuje na stávající právní úpravu spolu s historickým exkursem. V první části práce jsou vytyčeny základní aspekty agenturního zaměstnávání v České republice. Druhá část práce je věnována vymezení obdobných aspektů v legislativě Spolkové republiky Německo. Závěr práce pak komparuje jednotlivé prvky právního institutu s vytyčením pozitiv a negativ obou právních řádů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe rigorous thesis deals with a very current and dynamic topic of agency employment. Due to the diversity of the entire legal institute, the work focuses on its complex concept, especially on the characteristics and specifications of the basic pillars. The aim of the work is to compare the legal regulations and assess the quality of the legislative elaboration of the institute in the light of two legal systems of the neighboring countries of the European Union. The work focuses on the current legislation along with a historical excursion. The first part of the thesis outlines the basic aspects of agency employment in the Czech Republic. The second part of the work is devoted to the definition of similar aspects in the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany. The conclusion of the thesis then compares the individual elements of the legal institute with the outline of the positives and negatives of both legal systems.en
