| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na logistiku stavebnin Ferda´s group. Cílem práce je analyzovat logistické činnosti probíhající v podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a popsány logistické činnosti. Na počátku praktické části je popsán podnik Ferda´s group, marketingový mix podniku a zákaznický servis. Následuje popis logistických činností, které v podniku probíhají. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na toky materiálů a informací v tomto podniku. Jedná se především o komunikaci s dodavateli a získávání zásob do stavebnin. Dále práce popisuje jednotlivé kroky, které stavebniny podnikají při prodeji zboží zákazníkům. Tyto činnosti jsou pro podnik rozhodující. S plynulým chodem stavebnin souvisejí další činnosti, které práce popisuje. Jedná se o balení, skladování a přepravu. Během realizace předložené práce bylo využíváno odborné literatury a osobních konzultací se zaměstnanci firmy Ferda´s group. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on logistics of the building supply store Ferda´s group. The target of this thesis is analyzing of the logistic activities in the building supply store Ferda´s group. In theoretical part of the thesis there are explained fundation terms and described logistic activities. In the beginning of practical part there is description of the building supply store Ferda´s group, marketing mix of the company and customer service. Following chapters are about logistic activities, which are specific for this company. This bachelor thesis is concentrated on the flows of information and material in this company. It is mainly about communication with suppliers and about purchase of supplies to the building supply store. After that there are described individual steps, which are being taken for sale of goods to the customers. These activities are very important for the company. Also other activities, which are described in this thesis, relate to smooth-running of the company. It means packaging, storage or transportation. During the implementation of this work it was used professional literature and personal consultations with employees of the company Ferda's group. | en |
