| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématice genderové diverzity v managementu a analyzuje současný stav rovných příležitostí ve společnosti Škoda Auto. Záměrem práce je zhodnotit politiku genderové diverzity v dané společnosti a na základě zjištěných výstupů určit doporučení. Zvláštní pozornost je dána na pochopení a míru vnímání problematiky genderové nerovnosti v managementu pohledem zaměstnanců, mužů. Práce obsahuje sedm kapitol a je rozdělena do dvou částí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretickém úseku jsou objasněny základní pojmy spojené s genderem, managementem, diverzitou a gender diverzitou. Rovněž jsou zde popsány rozdíly ve vedení mužů a žen, uvedeny bariéry a mechanismy pro rovnost a přiblížen trh práce ČR. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na porovnání diverzity v managementu v České republice s dalšími zeměmi EU. Praktická část pak nabízí pohled do společnosti Škoda Auto, představuje společnost a její politiky pro genderovou diverzitu v managementu. Dále je prováděno dotazníkové šetření na získání informací o pohledu a vnímání mužů na tuto tématiku, vyhodnoceny výsledky a závěrem sepsány doporučení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of gender diversity in management and analyses the current state of equal opportunities at Škoda Auto. The intention of the thesis is to evaluate the gender diversity policy in the company and to determine recommendations based on the findings. Particular attention is given to the understanding and level of perception of the issue of gender inequality in management from the perspective of male employees. The thesis contains seven chapters and is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts related to gender, management, and gender diversity. It also describes the differences between men and women in management, outlines barriers and mechanisms for equality and presents the labour market in the Czech Republic. The last chapter of the theoretical section focuses on a comparison of diversity in management in the Czech Republic with other EU countries. The practical section then offers an insight into Škoda Auto, introducing the company and its policies for gender diversity in management. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey is conducted to obtain information on men's views and perceptions on this topic, the results are evaluated and finally recommendations are written. | en |
