| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá zajištěním a utvrzením dluhu. V diplomové práci popisuji jednotlivé instituty zajištění a utvrzení dluhu a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Pátá kapitola je založena na soudních rozhodnutích týkajících se utvrzovacích institutů. V šesté kapitole pracuji a výhodami a nevýhodami zajišťovacích a utvrzovacích institutů z pohledu spotřebitele jako slabší strany. | cs |
