dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zpracovat ideovou studii přestavby brownfieldu uprostřed Strakonic. Studie by měla mít na paměti současný stav budov v kampusu a pobřežní vegetaci. Tato textová práce byla inspirována mnoha přestavbami, které již byly realizovány. Dle jejich příkladů jsem se snažila vypracovat návrh na relativně nízkorozpočtové řešení, jak najít nové využití pro starý průmyslový komplex. Návrh také může poskytnout nové alternativy k předem promyšlenému využití budov pro správu města. Nový název KAFEZ, což je spojení kávy a názvu produktu Fez z bývalé přádelny. Srdcem areálu je jednoznačně kavárna nacházející se v přední části budovy. Je zde vyvýšené nábřeží, pro předzahrádku kavárny, kterou zastiňují vzrostlé stromy. Nábřeží vede podél levé strany areálu a propojuje náměstí před kampusem s nákupní pasáží a parkovištěm. V prvním patře je umělecká galerie a výše se nacházejí prostory pro zájmové činnosti. Budovou přezdívanou skleník se dá vystoupat až na střešní botanickou zahradu, která disponuje mnoha barvami a vůněmi. Ukazuje také město a krajinu jižních Čech z jiné, neznámé perspektivy. Areál je ideální pro poskytování prostor pro podnikání a služby místních občanů přímo v centru města. K dispozici je také moderní parkoviště. Disponuje zatravněnými parkovacími místy, dobíjecími bateriovými stanicemi a podúrovňovými vodojemy pro zadržování dešťové vody pro zavlažování. Dvůr lze také změnit na tržiště nebo festivalový areál. Celý kampus je navržen s bezbariérovými prvky. Výhodou tohoto řešení je plynulé obsluhování pěší chůzí a napojení na místní cyklotrasu. Což může pomoci přilákat širokou skupinu lidí se sníženou pohyblivostí, handicapované, maminky s kočárky, seniory a uživatele vozidel udržitelné městské mobility. Haly na zpracování příze továrny FEZKO by měly být prostorem uměleckého a společenského centra, s místy pro rozmanité kulturní aktivity, hudební koncerty, živá autorská čtení, besedy nebo divadla. Dle mého názoru je zde potenciál dalšího rozvoje tohoto projektu, který by mohl vyřešit problémy s nenapojenými chodníky a cyklotrasami podobně jako je tomu v nedalekém Písku nebo v Plzni. Tato města výborně využívají nábřeží řek pro umístění uměleckých děl a rekreačních prvků, jako jsou venkovní hřiště nebo tělocvičny.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my dissertation was making a conceptual study of the rebuilding of the brownfield in the middle of Strakonice. The study should have on mind the contemporary condition of the buildings in campus and river-side vegetation. This text work was inspired by many reconstructions whitch had been already done. Following their examples it should be relatively low-budget solution to find new use for this old industrial environment. It can also bring the new alternatives to pre-thinked using of buildings for city government. In my design it has a new name KAFEZ which is combination of coffe and the name of the product Fez from the ex-factory in my mother language. The heart of the area is deffinetely the cafe in the front side of the building. There is a up lifted waterfront board where is the front garden of cafe under the smooth shades of grown up trees. It goes by the left side of area and conecting the square in front of the campus with the shopping passage and the parking yard. There is a art gallery in the first floor inside and the rooms for hobbies up there. The walking up through the building nicknamed greenhouse leads to the rooftop botanical garden which dispose of many colours and scents. It also shows the town and landscape of south of Bohemia form the different unknown perspective. The complex is ideal to provide rooms for businesses and services hold by local citizens in the centre of the town. In my design there is a few spaces for this use in the parter of the building. There is a modern car parking yard as well. It has grass covered parking places, recharging battery stations and under-level water-hold tanks for keeping rainwater for an irrigation of vegetation. The yard can be also changed in to the market place or festival area. All the campus is designed with barrier-free elements. The benefit of this design is smooth serving by walk and connection to local cyklo-trace. Whitch can help entracing of wide group of people with reduced mobility, handicaped, mothers with strollers, seniors and users of vehicles of sustainable city mobility. The ex- yarn processing halls of factory FEZKO should be place of refungio of art and social centre, with places for diverse cultural activites includes music concerts, live author´s readings, talks, or theatres. In my oppinion there is a potencial of next development of this project, whitch can solve the troubles of non conected pavement and cyclo traces as well as the nearby cities Písek and Pilsen does. These cities can perfectly use the environment of their rivesides inside the centres for placing artworks and recreations elements like outdoor playgrounds and gyms.	en
