| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá popisem technologií tlustých vrstev, dále je zde uveden popis metod měření vnitřního pnutí v tlustých vrstvách. Je zde proveden návrh experimentálního přípravku pro měření vnitřního pnutí metodou nosníku a tato metoda byla otestována na 10 skupinách vzorků, které obsahovaly pasty stříbrné, dielektrické a jejich kombinaci. V hlavní části jsou interpretovány výsledky měření, které potvrzují proveditelnost a funkčnost vybrané metody. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis describes the technology of thick films, where are described methods for measurement of inner tension in thick films. In this thesis is made a proposal of experimental preparation for measuring inner tension according to Cantilever (Beam) method. This method was tested by 10 groups of specimens which contains silver paste, dielectric paste and their combination. In the main part, the results are discussed, and the results confirm the feasibility and functionality of this method. | en |
