dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá analýzou vedoucích stylů v přeshraničně působící organizaci Tandem, s působišti v Plzni a Řeznu. Práce se zaměřuje na dvě vedoucí manažerky a srovnání jejich stylu vedení, který je ovlivněn, jak externími, tak samozřejmě i interními podmínkami. Provedené dotazníkové šetření má za úkol zjistit, jaké společné, ale i rozdílné činnosti utváří daný styl v jednotlivých manažerských funkcí. Na základě provedené analýzy a výsledků dotazníkového šetření byly vyhodnoceny styly obou ředitelek organizace Tandem. Cílem práce je poskytnutí informací pro srovnání stylu vedení na stejné pozice v jedné organizaci, ale ve dvou sousedních zemích, v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the analysis of leadership styles in the cross-border organization Tandem, with offices in Pilsen and Reich. The work focuses on two senior managers and a comparison of their leadership styles, which are influenced by both external and, of course, internal conditions. The questionnaire investigation conducted is to find out what common but also different activities shape the style in each managerial function. Based on the analysis and the results of the questionnaire survey, the styles of the two directors of the Tandem organization were evaluated. The aim of this paper is to provide information for comparing the leadership styles in the same position in one organisation but in two neighbouring countries, the Czech Republic and the Germany.en
