dc.description.abstractPředmětem práce je srovnání právní úpravy zákazu práce dětí v České republice a Evropské unii ve spojení s reflexí problematiky ve Velké Británii jako dalšího členského státu EU. Budou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se zpracovávaného tématu a základní uvedení do dané problematiky z hlediska právní úpravy. Hlavní obsahovou složkou je komparace české a zahraniční právní úpravy a pokus o úvahy de lege ferenda. Jako výzkumná metoda bude užita analýza s cílem komparovat danou problematiku. Cílem diplomové práce je postihnout význam ochranné funkce pracovního práva ve vztahu k dětem a mladistvým a provést systémový přehled.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the theme of the prohibition of child labor. It deals with work activities of children and working conditions of young employees. The thesis analyzes a legal dimension of the issue. The key point is the comparison of the Czech legislation with the legislation of the European Union.The aim of this thesis is to describe the importance of protective function of labor law in relation to the employment of children and young people and to outline the system´s overview.Standard methodology to be used in the thesis is an analytical method. Based on the acquired knowledge the comparison will be made.en
