dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na techniku plaveckého způsobu kraul. Odborně popisuje jednotlivé části technického provedení. Důležitou součástí práce je videoprogram, který obsahuje jednotlivé části techniky jako je poloha těla a hlavy, rotace ramen, práce horních i dolních končetin, dýchání a kraulovou souhru. Do videoprogramu jsou zařazena technická plavecká cvičení pro zlepšení celého způsobu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master thesis is focus on a technique of a swimming style front crawl. It professionally describes individual parts of its technical performance. An important part of the thesis is a videoprogram, which contains individual part of the technique such as the position of the body and the head, the rotation of shoulders, the work of upper and lower extremities, breathing and the crawl coordination. In the videoprogram are also included technical swimming exercises for improving the whole style.en
