| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace environmentálních daní v Evropské unii se zaměřením na Českou republiku v rámci ochrany životního prostředí. První část se věnuje ekologickým daním v České republice, jejich historii, legislativě, principu výnosové neutrality a rozebírá jednotlivé fáze ekologické daňové reformy. Ve druhé části je provedena deskripce historického vývoje environmentálních daní v Evropské unii a jejich legislativní vymezení. Současně je v této části analyzováno environmentální zdanění v Dánsku a Švédsku. Třetí část práce zkoumá ekologizaci daňových soustav, konkrétně jsou analyzovány daňové příjmy jednotlivých členských států se zaměřením na environmentální daně a dopad zavádění těchto daní na podnikovou sféru. V poslední části práce je nastíněn možný budoucí vývoj environmentálního zdanění, zejména problematika uhlíkové daně a produkce komunálních odpadů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the harmonization of environmental taxes in the European Union with a focus on the Czech Republic within the framework of the protection of the environment. The first part focuses on environmental taxes in the Czech Republic, the history, legislation, the principle of revenue neutrality and analyses the different phases of ecological tax reform. In the second part there is a description of historical development of environmental taxes in the European Union and its legislative definition. It is also analyzed the environmental taxation in Denmark and Sweden in this section. The third part explores the greening of the tax systems, specifically there are analyzed the tax revenues of the Member States with a focus on environmental taxes and the impact of the introduction of these taxes to the business sector. The last part outlines the possible future development of environmental taxation, particularly the issue of a carbon tax and municipal waste production. | en |
