dc.description.abstractAnotace Tématem diplomové práce jsou trestné činy, které souvisí se zásahem jednotek požární ochrany. Tato trestné činnost zahrnuje zejména oblast požární ochrany a dopravního provozu. Diplomová práce má dvě stěžejní oblasti první je trestná činnost v oblasti požární ochrany, druhá část se věnuje dopravním nehodám. V diplomové práci se věnuji nejen trestněprávní analýze jednotlivých trestných činů, ale zaměřuji se i na vyšetřování trestných činů.cs

This criminal activity mainly includes the area of fire protection and traffic. The diploma thesis has two core areas, the first is criminal activity in the field of fire protection, the second part is devoted to traffic accidents. In my diploma thesis, I not only focus on the criminal law analysis of individual crimes, but I also focus on the investigation of crimes.en
