dc.description.abstractTéma diplomové práce je Analýza a následná optimalizace vybraných podnikových procesů. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu a následnou optimalizaci procesu výroby dřevěné nohy ve firmě DREVYS PRO s.r.o. Teoretická a praktická část se mezi sebou v práci prolínají. V první části je představena firma a je zde popsána její historie a současnost. Další část se zabývá analýzou zvoleného procesu. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé subprocesy doplněné o obrázky a modely vytvořené v nástroji ARIS. Ve třetí části jsou definovány návrhy k optimalizaci vybraného procesu. Poslední část práce se věnuje ekonomickému zhodnocení návrhů optimalizace a je zde proveden výpočet doby návratnosti jednotlivých investic.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this diploma thesis is Analyse and Subsequent Optimization of Business Processes. The thesis is focus on the analyse and subsequent optimization of the process of producing wooden leg at DREVYS PRO s.r.o. The teoretical and the practical part are connected to each other. In the first part the company is introduced and the history and present of the company is described there. The following part deals with the analyse of the selected process. There are descriptions of the particular suprocesses and there are also pictures and models created in ARIS. In the third part there are defined proposals to optimalization of the selected process. The last part of the thesis is devoted to economic evalution of the proposals and there is made calculation of the payback period of the investment.en
