dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je společenství vlastníků jednotek. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií, obecnou zákonnou úpravou tohoto institutu a založením a vznikem společenství vlastníků jednotek. Dále je věnován prostor zákonným náležitostem stanov, orgánům a právům a povinnostem členů společenství vlastníků jednotek. Teoretickou část práce zakončuje rozbor vybraných ekonomických aspektů a zrušení a zánik společenství vlastníků jednotek. Praktická část práce obsahuje případovou studii a zaměřuje se na analýzu vybraných stanov. Obsahem práce jsou také doporučení de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the thesis is the unit owners' association. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the history, general legal regulation of this institute and the establishment and formation of the unit owners' association. Furthermore, space is devoted to the statutory requirements of the articles of association, bodies and the rights and obligations of the members of the unit owners' association. The theoretical part of the thesis ends with an analysis of selected economic aspects and the dissolution and termination of the unit owners' association. The practical part of the thesis contains a case study and focuses on the analysis of selected articles of association. The thesis also includes de lege ferenda recommendations.en
