dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je "Strategické řízení organizace". Cílem práce je stanovit nejvhodnější strategii, která povede k naplnění strategických cílů, na základě strategické analýzy prostředí a při použití vhodných metod. A srovnat zvolenou strategii s tou současnou. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán strategický management a jeho fáze, analýza prostředí včetně představení vhodných metod pro jednotlivá prostředí, interní i externí. Dále jsou představeny základní definice strategie, jednotlivé strategické alternativy a popsány metody vhodné pro výběr optimální strategie. Teoretická část dále popisuje implementaci strategického plánu, strategický finanční plán a rizika. Praktická část je zpracována na společnost KION Supply Chain Solutions Czech, s.r.o., nejprve je představení společnosti a stručná historie, následně jsou popsány základní strategická východiska a provedena analýza prostředí. Dle získaných výsledků z analýzy prostředí a za použití vhodných metod jsou navrženy vhodné strategie a za pomocí matice QSPM je určena ta nejvíce optimální. Na závěr diplomové práce je sestav finanční plán a provedena analýza rizik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this master work is "Strategic management of the organization". The main aim of the thesis is to determine the most appropriate strategy that will lead to the achievement of strategic objectives, based on a strategic analysis of the environment and using appropriate methods. As well as to compare the chosen strategy with the current one. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes strategic management and its phases, the analysis of the environment, including the presentation of appropriate methods for each environment, internal and external. Furthermore, the basic definitions of strategy, the different strategic alternatives and the methods suitable for selecting the optimal strategy are presented. The theoretical part also describes the implementation of the strategic plan, the strategic financial plan and risks. The practical part is elaborated on the company KION Supply Chain Solutions Czech, s.r.o. First the company is introduced and a brief history is given, then the strategic starting points are described and the strategic analysis is performed. According to the results obtained from the strategic analysis and using appropriate methods, suitable strategies are proposed and the optimal one is determined using the QSPM matrix. At the end of the thesis a financial plan is drawn up and a risk analysis is performed.en
