dc.description.abstractTato práce se zaměřuje na diskrétní plochy volného tvaru a jejich využití v architektonické geometrii. Jsou zde obsaženy různé způsoby, jakými lze aproximovat hladké plochy volného tvaru, za použití sítí s pouze jedním typem stěn. Jedná se konkrétně o trojúhelníkové, čtyřúhelníkové a šestiúhelníkové stěny. Je zde také představen problém paralelních sítí a tzv. polodiskrétních sítí. Druhé zmíněné se skládají ze stěn, které jsou hladké, ale navzájem diskrétně spojeny. Na konci této práce je představen algoritmus zabývající se tvorbou polodiskrétních ploch s předem danými typy stěn. Tento algoritmus se snaží dosáhnout nejmenší možné výsledné ceny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focus on the way how discrete freeform surfaces can be used in architectural geometry. It contains different ways how to approximate smooth freeform surfaces mainly by meshes containing only one type of faces, in particular triangular, quadrilateral and hexagonal faces. It also deals with the problem of parallel meshes and special cases of freeform surfaces called semidicrete. The later consists of faces that are smooth but discretely connected. At the end of this thesis algorithm for creating semidicrete meshes with certain types of faces is introduced. This algorithm tries to reach minimum possible cost.en
