| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi vyšetření a diagnostiky syndromu karpálního tunelu, dále jen SKT. Obecná část je věnována anatomii ruky a karpálního tunelu, neurofyziologickým informacím vedení vzruchu v nervu, charakteristice syndromu karpálního tunelu, diagnostickým metodám a prevenci. V praktické části se pokusím zhodnotit které z testů v jednotlivých vyšetřovaných oblastech jsou pozitivní a průkazné a které nikoliv. Cílem práce je zhodnotit četnost pozitivních a negativních výsledků testů, tedy reakcí a odpovědí pacienta, a vytvořit jakýsi soubor vyšetření zahrnující všechny oblasti které bývají zasažené při SKT. Pro vypracování práce jsem použil metodu ošetřovatelského kvalitativního výzkumu. Podklady pro vypracování práce jsem získal z odborných publikací, dotazováním se pacientů na ty oblasti, které byly závislé na jeho prožívání a výpovědi, a pozorováním a měřením v těch oblastech které nebyly na pacientově výpovědi a prožívání závislé. Vyšetření jsou členěná do 12 celků, které znamenají zasažené oblasti při SKT. Vyšetřované oblasti jsou tyto : anamnéza, subjektivní pocity, charakter obtíží, bolest, parestézie, jemná motorika, specifické provokační testy, senzitivní vyšetření, pasivní pohyb, aktivní pohyb, vegetativní příznaky a hypotrofie a parézy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor´s work examines an influence of different load of backpack on sole of foot. 40 students from ZČU, Faculty of helth studies has been involved This paper deals with the possibilities of examination and diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome, hereinafter SKT. The general section is devoted to the anatomy of the hand and carpal tunnel neurophysiological information in nerve conduction, characteristic of carpal tunnel syndrome, diagnostics and prevention. In the practical part I will try to evaluate which of the tests in different areas of investigation are positive and conclusive and which are not. To evaluate the frequency of positive and negative test results, ie reactions and responses of the patient, and create a kind of set of tests covering all the areas that are affected in the CTS. For the development work, I used the method of nursing qualitative research. Basis for preparation of the work I have gained from professional publications, questioning the patient on those areas that were dependent on the experience and testimony, and the observation and measurement in those areas that were not on the patient's testimony and experience-dependent. Investigations are divided into 12 units, which represent the affected area at SKT. Areas to be investigated are: history, subjective feelings, character problems, pain, paresthesia, fine motor skills, specific provocation tests, sensory tests, passive motion, active movement, vegetative symptoms and wasting and paralysis. | en |
