dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce "Plánování a řízení projektu inovace" je zaměřena na plánování a řízení činností vedoucích k implementaci procesních inovací ve vybraném podniku. Hlavními cíli práce jsou přiblížení problematiky managementu inovací včetně deskripce základních pojmů v dané oblasti a implementace a vyhodnocení procesních inovací ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části diplomové práce je nejprve charakterizován historický vývoj inovací a definice základních pojmů z oblasti inovací, doplněné o klasifikaci inovací podle nejrůznějších kritérií. Dále se práce zabývá popisem metod řízení a hodnocení inovačních projektů a přiblížením problematiky procesních inovací a logistiky. V praktické části práce je nejprve popsána analyzovaná společnost z různých hledisek. Práce dále obsahuje popis činností v inovačním projektu. Na závěr práce jsou navrženy a následně vyhodnoceny procesní inovace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented Master thesis "Planning and Management of innovative project" is focused on planning and management of the activities leading to the implementation of process innovations in a selected company. The main objectives of the thesis are to introduce the issue of the innovation management including the description of the main terms in the particular field, and the implementation and assessment of the process innovations in a selected company. The theoretical part of the Master thesis describes the historical development of innovation and defines the basic terms that are supplemented with the classification of innovations according to various criteria. The theoretical part also deals with the description of the methods of management and assessment of the innovation projects, and the introduction to the issue of process innovation and logistics. The practical part of the thesis initially describes the analysed company from different perspectives. Subsequently, the thesis includes the description of the innovation project activities. Finally, the process innovations that were designed are implemented and assessed.en
